When you use our website, contact form, or chat widget, we may collect your name, email address, business name, and the content of your enquiry. When you or your customers interact with a ReplyAI WhatsApp agent, we collect WhatsApp phone numbers and message content in order to provide the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, set up and operate your AI agent, send relevant follow-ups, and improve our service. Information collected by AI agents on behalf of our clients is used solely to deliver that client's service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We retain conversation data only as long as necessary to provide our services. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: OpenAI (AI processing), Meta / WhatsApp Business API (message delivery), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
