1. About ReplyAI
ReplyAI is a service provided by the 4 Group, a South African technology company. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ReplyAI provides AI-powered WhatsApp reply agents configured and deployed on behalf of business clients. Services include agent setup, training, dashboard access, and ongoing support as defined by the chosen subscription plan. A once-off setup fee of R1,500 applies to all new accounts.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Plans are available at R799/month (Starter), R1,499/month (Growth), and R2,499/month (Pro). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@4ai.co.za. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The once-off setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees already paid are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of the ReplyAI service complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy and all applicable South African laws, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Clients must not use the service to send spam, misleading content, or any content that violates Meta's policies.
6. AI limitations
ReplyAI agents are powered by AI and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses. ReplyAI does not guarantee that agents will respond correctly in all situations. Clients are responsible for monitoring their agent and reporting any issues promptly.
7. Intellectual property
All technology, software, and systems underlying the ReplyAI platform remain the property of the 4 Group. Client-provided content (business information, FAQs, scripts) remains the property of the client.
8. Limitation of liability
ReplyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed leads, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
